Hwb Peris is here to connect you with support and services locally. From help with housing, cost of living support and food projects, we're here to help. And if we can't help, we'll know someone who can!
Our main office is at Menter Fachwe, in Cwm y Glo, but we'll be arranging activities and drop in sessions all across Dyffryn Peris. Check out our Hwb Events section to find the latest on what's going on.
